i have offer from PwC india ( 11.5 lpa fix + 8%- 25% variable + 1 lakh JB ) and cracked Deloitte india , gave them this offer but they only offered ( 10 lpa fix + variable is not mentioned + no JB ) - chances of renegotation maybe idk.

I am SAP ABAP BTP consultant with 3 yoe (cctc - 4.67 lpa fix).

pls give me suggestions on pay , growth , learning curve , work-life balance in both organization and which one would weigh more considering all the factors?

Okay so, its been a while since I've been seeing this in Linkedin:
The Job requirement says its Entry Level, but the experience it requires is always 6 year+... like how would a fresher match that.. should I've started coding at 6th grade or what?

I understand that it's a way of "SEO" in LinkedIn but it just discourages us freshies.

Please give me a rough estimate on how much hike we can expect in my annual salary revision. I expected 8LPA when I joined. They gave me 5LPA with a promise of revision in 3months after joining. They inc it to 7.75LPA after 4m and during appraisal cycle gave 25k 11months to make it to 8LPA. In Oct my hike is due, so I would to like negotiate my hike. I have been selected into ZS for the BTAC role under CCM(Customer-Centric Marketing). My YOE is 3.8 in Cognizant, and the domain is ETL, DW, cloud(AWS).

My question is, ZS is giving a great package compared to what I have in Cognizant (Above 100% hike), and Cognizant is ready to retain me by giving somewhere 50%-60% hike. Will ZS be a good choice for me to switch? In terms of growth, technologies, work, pay. Or should I accept what cognizant is giving and get retained?
