I recently had an initial interview for a technical recruiter position. The guy on the phone stated that this is not a 9-5 job and long hours are expected. Guys. I need your suggestion. Shall i stay here in Kolkata or return back to my home town for a month or two provided Magnet doesn't have any space. My home town is nearby. It's not commutable by road but i can come here in short notice if any. I'm currently not assigned to any project so no one checks if I go to office.
