I have two offers but both are from startups only

1. Kcloud - senior Salesforce developer ctc - 24 (20 fixed)
2. ProcDna - Salesforce+ veeva crm senior programmer analyst - 25.5 lpa (22 fixed)

Which one should I choose. I've basically worked with big4 ane product based till now so I am unaware of start-ups environment.

Can anyone please help me which one to join.
