I recently received an offer for the Financial Analysis Analyst (Band 2 – Individual Contributor) role.

Since the role type is mentioned as Individual Contributor, does that typically mean we work directly with or report to the onshore team?
Also, I would appreciate any insights on:

Project or team structure
• Work culture
• WFH / hybrid flexibility
• Any tips or things a new joiner should know

I have accepted my sexuality and found peace with the long battle of wanting to be something not what I actually am. On one side I have a lot of pressure around me being gay and trying to get a PR and get out of India, on another side I have a lot financial issues. I’m trying so hard to focus on work and to meet the expected bar for my current role. But the office politics here is toxic and always putting me down. Just wondering whether things will get better ever.

I've been following Coforge LinkedIn page, and I have decent offer from them. In one call HR said we will be moving towards 5 days work from Office, to which I said I don't mind. Now that aside, their LinkedIn posts everyone at VP SVP levels are joining.. seems like they are growing very fast, as hiring at such high Positions happens only that time.

Question is - whenever I compare Coforge with any other people say avoid Coforge.. Why????

I am an associate at a UMM and my employment contract has a 4 month non compete (yes, even for associates) but I am thinking of lateraling. What are the implications of breaking a non compete?
