Hi folks, I resigned from my previous company and due to health reasons and other family emergencies I have 20 Loss Of Pay Days mentioned in the last month Payslip. My LWD was on 1st Nov. I am planning to join the next company by the end of Nov. Is the gap of close to 1 month or LOP days in the payslip going to create a problem. Please suggest.

Is HARMAN really recruiting for permanent remote roles? Would they ask us to come to office after sometime? I am a bachelor woman supporting my sickly parents and can't move them out of city. And my city don't have harman office. HR did mention permanent remote, still want to confirm as I've heard many cases people were called back across different product based companies. No worries.
Should be fine, as long as you are able to justify it.
For current company you must have already told why you want delay joining, for future companies you can keep medical proofs . So there should not be an issue, Since the reason is genuine.
