Salary: CTC : 22.5 LPA ( 20 Base + rest Perform. Bonus)

2. Teradata

>Role : Cloud software Engineer
Domain: Cloud Vantage Plat
Salary: CTC : 25 LPA ( 20 Base + 1.5 Perform bonus+ 1.5 Pf and gratuity+ 2 Joining Bon.

Please let me know which company to join and how should I negotiate with Akamai to match CTC with Teradata .

Good morning, I am a recent under-grad and working as a BI Developer. I’m looking at transitioning to a project or product manager role and I have 1+ YOE. I know the job market is not that great as of now but I’ve applied to countless PM roles and have had no success. I want to know from other PM’s if it’s necessary for me to get a PMP certification before I can get a job or it’s not that of a requirement?

I once asked a colleague at a radio company how much he's paid monthly, and he outright refused to tell me. In fact, he found it very odd that I asked. I later learned that he was making double my salary. I know it's not an employee's job to fix pay inequity by sharing their salary figures, but I'm still of the opinion that it helps uncover pay gaps. Is it wrong that I’m just not into PE/VC? It seems to be the most desirable exit for most people that I work with. I love my job in special education, the job may bring quite a bit of stress and exhaustion but nothing compares to the stress of the related service team. OT, PT, speech, BCBA, social worker, etc etc is really what’s killing me this year. It is 23 days into the school year and the team members all make different plans and as a result, nothing is being accomplished. And if paraprofessionals follow ie what OT says but not PT, it cause so much unnecessary conflict!

Sharing my experience with Deloitte USI interview and offer negotiation. I gave Deloitte interview 2 months ago. After managerial round I did multiple follow ups and Deloitte didn’t bother to reply. I moved on and got another offer. After 1 month Deloitte came back and asked for documents and didn’t show up for another 1 month. Today HR called and asked my expectations.
