I have 2 offers:

🔹 KPMG Global Services

₹37 LPA fixed + 0–20% variable

Client/project not finalized yet

Brand value + consulting exposure

🔹 T-Systems (Client: Mercedes-Benz)

₹40 LPA fixed + bonus

Role: Data Engineering (SAP data sources, Azure, Databricks)

Direct exposure to Mercedes-Benz ecosystem

My priorities:

Career growth in Data Engineering

Stability

Moving to industry and trying to decide start date. Would I still be eligible for the performance bonus if I put in my two weeks notice a week before receiving the bonus?

Is there a need for a pharma/HC agency to build and maintain a curated trusted publisher network and execute buys programmatically with them?

Please guide I have joined a company recently (1 month) also I have an offer from other, which is good comparatively.

But I have not told the HR that I have already joined an oragnistion and on probation since 1 month NO salary drawn yet.

Will the HR will come to know about this ? , If I do not mention anything about that company? If not will there be any consequences later on ?

On a 70 hr / week case rn. LT are like toddlers: they have ridiculous demands, and “cry” or get angry when they don’t get it but never bother to ask why things are not doable

I was offered RSUs for the first time as part of my compensation. I think I understand the concept as such but there are a few intricacies I was looking to clarify. Could anyone let me know if my grant date is 9th nov, 2022 and vesting period is 1 year, will I get RSUs allotted at the price of stock on grant date or vest date (in this case 9th nov, 2023)? Thermo Fisher for Data Engineer in AWS and Python and Ameriprise as Lead Developer for Informatica Powercenter. Ameriprise is offering 50k more in my monthly salary than Thermo Fisher. My preference is to join in where I can grow and get a good learning for future career growth. Also, work life balance should be good in the organization.
