I have been referred for a Level 11 Unix Shell Scripting role at Accenture with the base location mentioned as Bangalore.
I would like to check with people currently working at Accenture:
1. If the base location is Bangalore, is it mandatory to work from the Bangalore office, or can we attend the office from a nearby Accenture location?
2 .My current CTC is 9.4 LPA. What salary range can I expect for a Level 11 role in Unix / Production Support at Accenture?

Does it matter if I don’t meet the specific job requirements when transferring H1B? The job posted requires CPA license but I haven’t got it. The employer is still willing to hire me. I know for PERM process, meeting minimum requirements is important but not sure if H1B have such requirement. I heard that for H1B as long as it’s a position requiring bachelors degree and specifically occupation that should be fine. But kinda worried about this.

Was recently offered comp of 160k with 20% bonus was informed will not receive bonus for 2022 due to time of year (too late based on hiring date) Therefore I'm curious to say if I should be asking for higher salary base or a sign on bonus in lieu of the lack of bonus since I won't be receiving a bonus until 2024 technically?
