I got 6% hike but no bonus, my manager said since I joined in March 2025 one of the factors and i will be compared against others in b7 who joined before me . Is it true ? Will I get bonus in next cycle? Or it depends still?

My current CTC was 11.27 LPA with LWD on 28th Feb in Wipro and I am expecting 20 LPA from TCS
My YOE is 9.7 Years in SAS/SQL/SAS Macros.

What do you suggest here , will TCS give me as per my expectation or at what salary should I get satisfied.. ?

I have another Offer Letter of 15LPA with 04-APR joining Date but I don't want to join that org and want to be part of TCS (obviously for Brand and WLB).
