Hi Friends

I got an offer from Wipro approx. 28 lakh as a Lead Engineer for career level B3.
During the HR round, they told me to align a HSBC project but not sure after the joining, they will align me to the same project.Still, I haven't accepted an offer from wipro after hearing a lot of negative things like bench policy, hike and toxic environment.
I am confused about making a decision. The location is Pune Hinjewadi.
Please anyone guide me.
