I am a graduating student who just got offered 65k for a solution analyst role at Deloitte USDC (Data Engineering Focus). From reading previous posts it seems to be a lot of negative thoughts surrounding the USDC, but straight out of college is this a good opportunity?
I'm looking to gain as much experience as possible out of college in an IT role and wondering what exit opportunities may be in place a year or two down the road if there is little/slow progression.

If it’s an F500 company, I imagine they have a formalized process around this. Find out what that looks like and what you might expect as a starting point.
I think so too. But you can ask your manager or HR. Considering that it is a Fortune500 company, you might even get a raise based on your performance after a couple of months.
I was thinking asking for 70k so it’s a 5k jump, which is not a small amount (in my opinion, like I said I’m a recent graduate). Should I wait till a year mark cuz it’s longer or like 6 months is good enough?
My executive director is in charge of all this. So as you mentioned I could go to her or HR. Which one do you think is better? Also what if other people didn’t ask for it but I asked for it. Is that gonna make look bad?
