Need guidance - I recently got a job offer in Dubai from a Salesforce Partner Consulting firm for Salesforce QA role. Salary offered is 13K AED/Month. CCTC in India is 14.28LPA+perks as Software QA at Bain.

My total YOE is 4.4 and working in Dubai was in my checklist/aspiration. Does this make sense because this offer is pretty good. I'm Single/Unmarried. All these interviews went remotely and next month I'll be joining. Please share your thoughts/suggestions. Finger crossed♥️

Hi Folks, I'm currently in search of a mentor. I have a senior business process manager interview next week, any tips? It requires 4 hour long interviews in which one is a business case study. What would you recommend while I am prepping?

Also I have sent mail to join early but she is not responding for mails even hr(scheduled interviews) is not responding for calls

Can i get any clarification about this Would i get offer letter before that joining date or else they have gone with other candidate?

I love my job in special education, the job may bring quite a bit of stress and exhaustion but nothing compares to the stress of the related service team. OT, PT, speech, BCBA, social worker, etc etc is really what’s killing me this year. It is 23 days into the school year and the team members all make different plans and as a result, nothing is being accomplished. And if paraprofessionals follow ie what OT says but not PT, it cause so much unnecessary conflict!

I am about to receive an offer from EY GDS for a role of a Business Analyst_Banking finance (Principal Consultant) with a CTC of 27 LPA (inclusive of 10% variable).

I am having 10.5 YOE. Is this grade relevant which they have offered, taking my YoE into account? How much i can negotiate upto in CTC front? I mean the highest slab of Principal consultant?
