I'm a brand new attorney (passed the Feb 2021 bar) who started an in-house counsel position a few months ago (where my focus is negotiating agreements for the sale of my company's software). Looking for referrals to get into a fully remote HR role in fintech after working in government for 12 years. Over 10 years as an HRBP/Sr and 2 years in a leadership role. Have my PHR and CCP. Love comp but my experience is limited to a smaller organization (500).

HR is scheduling the interviews without checking time with me. One interview was scheduled and then it was rescheduled to a different time at last minute. I wasn't available at that time so I mailed the HR for a different slot. They again scheduled it for a later date without checking the time with me.
