Hi guys. As a developer, is the work at Qualcomm more oriented with processes than development?

I have an offer at Qualcomm but i already work in a startup.

I like to work independently without anyone's interference.

For example, i am the only maintainer of my repository and that is cool because i have the control on what will happen.

But in an MNC, there will be a lot of people who control me and a lot of unnecessary processes essential for the company but not for me.

What do you say?
