Hi Guys, Gave a second level interview in Mindtree. I did not get any confirmation for clearing it. But got a mail for bgv and document submission. Does it mean i cleared the interview?

Also there was no HR round. Just these emails for submission. Tried reaching HR but no response.

Is it a norm to send a thank you note through your recruiter? I had an iffy interview, and wondering if I bother sending a thank you note. It was very clear that they were trying to do a stress interview so I feel weird saying the usual nice things.

Whats the difference between CDD & Target screening? are they same?

If a recruiter advises a pay range for a specific position is $65-75k in the initial phone screening, how set in stone is that? I know it may vary by company/position but I feel I deserve move based on my qualifications than top of their range.

Is it bad manners or just a bad idea to go back to a recruiter if they got you a job that wound up being a bad fit?
For context, I don’t think they misled me. The job changed 3 weeks after I got hired, and got stuck in a role that’s just not a good fit. Gave it 6 months of honest effort and I’m ready to start job hunting.
I saw this recruiter make a post on LinkedIn, and I liked working with them the first time, and I want to reach out. But I don’t know what they’ll think.

If I interview again for a differenr role, would I have to do all the interviews again or can I use some of the scores from previous interviews. Have others found it hard to transition from Audit to Financial Analyst? All the recruiters I’m meeting with are telling me I probably won’t get an interview since they’re looking for someone who’s ready to hit the ground running.
It’s discouraging because I’m a fast learner, and from talking to my friends who are Financial Analysts, it doesn’t seem like what we do is so dissimilar.

Is it worth using a recruiter? I am a U.S. Dist. Clerk in non major market targeting NYC. Didnt summer at a firm. T6, good grades (3.5-3.6).

I had two recruiters today reschedule a meeting. And this is the second time rescheduling. Honesty, not sure what value recruiters bring. Is this common now? Is it hard to have respect for people’s time and their schedule? Reschedule once I can understand. But twice is just stupidity. I hope AI wipes out all bad recruiters who don’t give af. I asked mindtree to revise my compensation by informing of the counter offer and surprising they provided me the CTC i requested without asking for proof of counter offer. Is this something skeptical ?

Expertise- Product Management ( Designation Consultant)
YOE- 14 years 8 months (all relevant)
Already cleared technical and managerial round of Mindtree and salary Final discussion pending for C6 level.

I have an offer from MindTree. DoJ was 21 Sep but was not getting relieving from current company. Hence requested to give a revised DoJ (1month extension). Does the offer/salary also need to be revised. My current company is offering me a retention hike thats not close to MindTree offer.
