Hi guys, I am 28 years old and I got an offer from CTS as an Associate position(React Js), but my current company a startup is giving me an opportunity to learn and work on Blockchain technology with less salary. Is Blockchain worth learning? What should I do ?

I’ve worked at the same well known tech company since I graduated school 8 years ago. I’ve been promoted 3 times so I’ve held a few different jobs within my org.

BUT .. I’ve applied to a few companies and getting no responses. Is it a deterrent for hiring managers/recruiters that my experience is based primarily at one company?

Hey folks, I'm getting an offer as a SC in EY UK. Presently I'm a manager with EY India (up for SM next yr Oct 2021). Comp is 55k range (haven't officially received the figure, a few more days it's expected, doing some homework before that).
