I am a senior analyst at LEK Consulting Capability Network, and have a total of ~5 years experience. Worked with IQVIA before (Not front end; similar back-end research and consulting as LEK Capability).

I have received a call from Clearview Health Partners who is now setting up in India, and they are offering me Consultant position.

Could someone help me in understanding the compensation and work life balance of company? Is it good to leave LEK, given I am on targeted PIP atm

Looking for advice. ~1 month ago I started formally complaining to HR about some toxic partners, uncompetitive comp, and excessive work load. There has been a lot of TO in the last 12 months and I have been interviewing elsewhere. On Friday I was given a surprise compensation adjustment from $105 to $120 and it’s been complement city for the last few weeks. Chicago, 7 YoE, 5 in buyside AM and 2 in my current role at inv. consultant. Thoughts on salary level / should I stay?

Is it a fail of character leaving biglaw? I want to leave, but despite the constant stress and suffering, I can’t avoid feeling like it’s my fault or that maybe I’m over exaggerating how I feel.
