I am currently looking to change companies. I have about a year and half experience in the supply chain field & I have a couple offers for temp positions but I am hesitant to accept these roles as I would be moving from a stable to job to a temp position but I have been having a very hard time getting any traction when I apply to a permanent position Should I consider taking a temp job in hopes that I am hired permanently? Does anyone have any tips on how to get an offer for a perm job?

Have offers for AMEX and VISA at a Senior Manager Strategy role. Both offers are almost identical in base and annual bonus.

Hey i had my HR discussion with Infosys HR, they are not even ready to match my counter offer, they will release the offer tomorrow, how to renegotiate now, any tips, they are saying they can't go beyond that for the role. What would be a typical salary for a junior in house counsel role (3 yoe) at a publicly traded company in a secondary market (think Austin, Tampa, Charlotte)? I’m having a really hard time finding what a reasonable range would be. Most positions I’m applying to require desired salary in the application, and the truth is I’d accept anything north of 125k but don’t want to undersell myself and take a bigger cut than necessary coming from biglaw.
