My joining is on Dec 13th …for the last 3 mondaysI will be receiving some mail from tcs like mails about what they are doing and a reminder mail for my joining date but today didn’t get any mails ….when I can expect the joining details in mail…like welcome mail from tcs ?? Tata Consultancy
Tata Consultancy I am a manager in Capgemini... have an offer frm TCS. the designation being offered is Assistant Consultant.. 9.8 years experience( 5 yrs with Cap) Even though I am getting a package of 25Lakhs.. it seems like a demotion in designation.. Cg has offered to match upto 23.5 lakhs.. Is it worth moving to TCS on this grade? My primary reason for moving out of Cg is i m bored of beauocracy and WLB at current project. Is it a good idea to still switch with the counter offer from Cg Capgemini Tata Consu

It's showing "BGC in process or submitted to recruiter". Not sure if it completed or not

Attend it bro, they won't kill you or they will not take another technical round 😂😂 just chill.
It’s not mandatory if you think to not join then ignore it. again they will provide same session virtually or on onboarding day

Hi,
I have accepted my TCS offer and have already initiated the Background Check (BGC) by submitting all the required documents through the iBegin portal.
I also noticed that the Onboarding Hub section is available and requires some additional details to be filled in.
Should I complete the Onboarding Hub details immediately, or is it okay to wait until the onboarding date or until TCS sends further instructions? Is initiating the BGC sufficient for now, or is completing the Onboarding Hub also expected at this stage?
