Hi fishes, I joined infosys as manual tester in trade finance domain at 3 Lpa now after almost 2 years of experience I have offer from tcs for 4 Lpa and quality kiosk for 7.5 lpa. Tcs offered me a developer role while quality kiosk offered me the same role in Testing with trade finance domain. Tcs refused to renegotiate the salary even a little. Can you guys provide some advice on how to ask a potential recruiter to match the offer by another potential recruiter?

I have offer letters from both. The company which is paying more is offering a support role. So, was think of re negotiating the salary with the other recruiter. Location is same for both.

How should I approach this? I am on my last month of Notice and I feel I have messed up my timings.
