I have given the interview at Alcon but after 2nd round I did not hear back.
It's been 10 working days but my workday status is "Under Consideration"

Am I rejected??
Or should I wait??

Is it a bad sign if I’m 4 interviews in with another one to come when the process was originally described to me as a 3 interviews? Feedback has been all positive but I’m not sure what to think here.

What are some important keywords to add to my resume to land me an interview as a SDR? No experience in SaaS but I have 5+ years of sales experience.

Has anyone switched from one big four to another? What was your reason for switching when asked at an interview?

Currently interviewing for a role at Amazon that is listed as a CW position, but I have direct experience in the product and capabilities this role is seeking, and the hiring manager is moving me forward. What is the likelihood that if I tried to negotiate from a CW to FTE, I would get the position?

Please give me a rough estimate on how much hike we can expect in my annual salary revision. I expected 8LPA when I joined. They gave me 5LPA with a promise of revision in 3months after joining. They inc it to 7.75LPA after 4m and during appraisal cycle gave 25k 11months to make it to 8LPA. In Oct my hike is due, so I would to like negotiate my hike. Please let me know how much I can ask for.

Hi, just wondering how the staffing situation has been in strategy consulting in general? My sibling started a job in strategy in Silicon Valley 2 months ago after MBA. She has been on the bench for 2 months and was informed that there has been a shortage of jobs (within the job) and the amount of people on the bench is getting high.
