I’ve recently started working at an amazing company, I love everything about it! The culture, the people, the projects, the flexibility. However, the only problem is me really. I’m fully aware that in life there will be some difficult people to work with, but my patience and tolerance has dropped significantly. I recently interviewed for a health research analyst position Ina consulting firm. I found some of the questions objectionable. What threw me off was the interviewer asked me and I will quote them " with your current generation, work life balance is a huge deal. What do you think are the benefits of working?" They also told me they do "overtime".
Is it just me who thinks this was another way of saying we want you to work more than required?
