This June I completed my 9 months at Career Level 12 and Sub Level 3 I.e, CL 12.3 at Accenture Operations. My Annual Talent Discussion and One-on-One with People Lead is complete as of last week.
I have 3 questions now :
1. When can I expect to move to 12.2 ?
2. What is the general hike I can expect ? And when it is reflected ?
3. When will be the variable pay will be paid out ?
Can anyone here help me with this performance cycle part ? I am really confused.

You need to resign after 30 April. You resigned before 1 year agreement bond.
It is mentioned in the agreement that I should be in this company till 30th april and servicing notice period doesn't mean i left organization. I am here in this organization till 27th may. Can you please read screenshot again and let you know what do you think ?
They are correct, you should not have to be resigned in a year from the day of bonus disbursement. This story is happening to many capgemini colleagues, they get the retaination bonus or some lucrative amount with this clause, and later on when they resign within a year, Their FNF gets stopped till returning the amount with TDS.
But It is not a retention bonus and as per agreement I should be in this company till 30th april and servicing notice period also means i am on the rolls of company.
What do you think ?
It's mentioned if you remain rolls of the organisation by Apr 2022, when you resigned your roll become inactive and resigned, if you still have doubts, do ask your HR or any of your trusted financial departed person..

But if we resigned then also we sre on the rolls of company as we used to work in the project and we used to get salary as well.

This is a common happening in nowadays, bottom line is one 'must not resign' till the stipulated date which is 30th April in your case else the due amount will be clawed back.
