I recently joined RBS (Natwest Group) But the work they given is not good, no learning, Now i am getting same package from CGI, CGI committing for good work and learning.

So it will be good to jump from RBS (Natwest group) CGI.

Yoe - 8.3 , CGI Offering 24 Fix, 1 Lakh Joining bonus and 5% variable.
IS CGI is good in Work life balance, Yearly growth job security.
