How many of you received offer letter from Capgemini after you have joined other organisations ?

I have joined one organisation on 6th Dec 2021 and I received a call from Capgemini HR that I will get my Capgemini Offer letter today (still have not got the Final Offer Letter, I am getting call from HR from past 7-8 days that I will receive Offer Letter today , still no sign of offer letter)

What did you guys do in such situation ??

I currently work as an APM at a FAANG company but recently received an offer to join an MBB. I’m very excited about the role but didn’t realize I’d need to take a pay cut when I applied (~100k base + ~20k bonus + ~60k equity vs. 90k base + 10-20k bonus). Considering that I currently work 40-60 hours/week, I’ll be making significantly less per hour at the MBB. Hello All, my joining date needs to be extended by 5 days in JPMC and HR said in call that no revised offer letter based on new joining date will be issued and new joining date confirmation will be somewhat communicated prior to 3 days of onboarding.
However he mentioned he will reply back with a confirmation email on top of the email which I have sent requesting for revised joining date.

I make $101K base salary as a Consultant/Specialist at Accenture Federal in Washington, DC. My husband is a teacher making $55K.
