We re-negotiate at 6 Sept (30% hike). Now they will release offer letter or not ?

While giving the tech interview as well as while having the HR discussion, I mentioned my expected CTC as 9-10 LPA(CTC). I cleared the interview and uploaded all the documents in the portal yesterday. Today mrng all the document verification was completed. But when I got the call for offer discussion, she asked what u expect. I said 9-10 LPA. She questioned me that on what basis I am asking for this much hike. I have got an offer from Microfocus. It's permanent wfh. Hiring manager confirmed this during interview rounds only. Later on got confirmation of perm wfh on email from same hiring manager with HR copied in mail BUT it's not written on offer ltr.
