Hi there, I have 3.5 YOE working for NHS Finance. I applied to Deloitte Risk Advisory, Public Sector (London, UK) and was successful. Waiting to hear back with package offer but it’s been over 2 weeks - was told they may offer M2 grade, any ideas what this is?
I’m also interviewing for Senior consultant role also at Deloitte. How much would this typically pay?
Torn whether to stay within NHS as I will be getting an internal promotion or move to Deloitte.

I recently joined nagarro.... was on bench for almost a month as I was not getting project as per my skill set. Recently got one project as per my skillset and cleared client interview also.
But during the time, I was also looking outside for good opportunity, I have one with same package from a product based organization.
What should I do now ? If I resign , would Nagarro release me early or I will have to serve complete notice period?

Mercedes-Benz Research & Development India Hi,
Please reply urgently. How much time does MBRDI (Mercedes Benz R &D India) take to send the laptop, once I provide them the address? Becuase I still have 10 days for joining date, but they have asked to provide address by today, and I have not yet decided whether I will be joining or not. So will they send laptop before joining day? Mercedes-Benz Research & Development India

Take more time to complete assigned tasks.
Don't respond to emails.
Try to avoid ownership of tasks.
Don't join the calls on time.
Say network issue, power cuts etc.
Focus on interviews and forget your work.
In my personal opinion, it depends on your relationship with your manager and team.
If the work culture was toxic then obviously try to work very slow, ignoring the people and deadlines.
But if your manager is supportive and you can rely on your peers then chill, learn for interview while maintaining a healthy relationship.
IT world is small, you don’t know when and where you meet the people you left and the one thing will will remain intact is how you behaved with them.
So choose wisely

I remember my dumb ( technically dumb ) superior saying this to me during my last 10 days at one of my previous organisations :
"Bura mt maan-na main jate-jate [tumko] thoda sa nichod lu ?"
Although there was no pressure in my entire notice period (not even in those 10 days), but this single line hit me. But I'm glad I didn't hit that MF back with actual 'punch' and moved on by letting it slide.
I was able to control my rage by recalling his regular whining after client gave him hard time :
"Aye <my name>! mere ko kuch samajh mein nai ara hai"
Suddenly that rage got converted to laughter 😂.
