Just finshed my interview at sanofi for Senior analyst - Brand and patient analytics team.
What should I quote for 4 years of experience?

Is 16lpa right amount?
Please help...I dont want to be paid less than market value.

Is there any way to work for a company as their SAP/Scada/Primavera support ? I have 4 years of experience in these but the place I have joined here in Canada doesn’t use these technologies/ERP systems. Just wondering if I could land a part time position (available Saturday/Sunday) just so that I stay updated and cutting edge? I’m open to any kind of pay (if it’s minimum wage then I’d prefer to work remotely). Any suggestion or any help?

Hi all 🙂👋🏻 Apologies for such a late post. I have an offer of 18 CTC(1L joining bonus) from Larsen & Toubro Infotech & 12.5 fixed from IBM .
My joining in both are in around May last week. Tomorrow my IBM pre onboarding HR will connect with me. Should I ask for a counter offer tomorrow itself?
Or should I ask 2 weeks before joining?
Many told me that companies revise CTC when the joining date is near, else they show less interest. So should I go for it now itself?

I had first round With Kyndryl to understand my role and work and they mentioned they will arrange for second round in week or so.
It has been 25 days , HR keeps calling once in 10 days that yes we are arranging for second round bla bla bla as panel is not available.
