Now I have an offer from X company for 16lpa(13fixed + 1 lakh joining bonus + 2 variable)
I also got selected in Tiger Analytics as a Senior Data Analyst.
How much can I ask? Please help!
Also if I stay in ZS and get promoted in Dec(big chance). I will make 16lpa as CTC. Should I stay?

On offer letter company has given 4-x-22 joining date and I have also accepted it. Current employers LWD is 15-x-22 . Current employer is not releaving before LWD. Gap is like 1.5 month between joining date and LWD.
Is there any possibility that company will reject/ revoke offer given?
