Hi Guys, Need some solid advise. I have 12 years of Banking experience. 10 years with customer support overrall over various roles. Currently around 2 years with Atm operations Vendor management. I am sincerely trying to explore beyond as had already spent 7 good years in the present organization. However i feel kinda stuck as to which career path that i should choose as i am not quite tech savvy as well. Your comments mean a lot, Thanks!

Has anyone ever posted a general marketing position? We have an open position on our marketing team but we are unsure what type of position to offer. We have a wide variety of needs but don’t necessarily need to have this future person have all these skills. For example we need someone with great copywriting skills and also need someone who is great at digital marketing. This person doesn’t necessarily need to have both skills but if they did great, but if only one, great too.

I’m currently a Risk Analyst and a full time MBA student. I don’t have any experience working on the investment side of the bank but I would really like to pivot into an investment analyst role. compared with a role at a smaller mga, higher salary (around 30%) more , more visibility career wise and some great employee benefits , management seem to be supportive and low staff turnover

Any good book recommendations for new Managers in consulting ?
