Need your advice, i am planning to leave my current organization just after 3 months because of extremely toxic and political culture(primarily the manager) and not a best fit (getting my emails reviewed, joined this because I was laid off because of restructuring after 2 months of joining another org)

So, it has been a bit of a roller coaster .

Any suggestions

I just started with a company as an HR Generalist. Within the 3 weeks of being there, my boss’s boss left, and today I found out my boss gave notice. HR is not valued at the company and it’s disheartening to know I was hired into a mess. I am now actively looking but how do I explain to other employers why I am actively looking and what do I put on my resume? I have never had to deal with this before.

Any thoughts on Meta? I'm scheduling a first interview for a communications manager role.

Happened to me with Mindtree recruiter, for an IoT leadership position where the interviewing VP chose to no show twice… after which I thanked the recruiter that I was impressed by their book of busi-ness and that it was intimidating to be thinking about the prospect of working for Mindtree… as I’m too incapable for those performance standards… 😂😂

How long does it take EY GDS to hire? I've applied for some positions (bcom fresher) on June last week. How long from submitting applications are candidates hearing back from firms in this market?

I'm holding an offer from MakeMyTrip and another offer from OlaElectric. Ninjacart is willing to make me an offer. But they're saying that they'd discuss the offer only after the other company that I'm interviewing with has come up with an offer first. There's been a delay from HRs of the companies in a similar way. How do I urge them to send me the offer letter without sounding pushy? I had reached out to some of the HRs myself. Would that be too awkward if I accept & back out their offer?
