I recently joined a company 2 months back, The work pressure is more and no WLB. I am planning to quit the job and looking for opportunities.
Is that fine to leave the company after joining 2 months.
I have 3.5 years of experience in digital marketing amd demand generation

Had been working as a BA/PM role at a financial firm for 3.5 years and decided to leave corporate to join my family’s small business with the mentality I’d take things over. It’s been a little over a year and I’ve come to the realization that it’s not for me. Im looking to transition myself back to IT/Tech, but am feeling apprehensive in getting the attention of recruiters with the industry switch. Any advice from anyone that’s been in a similar situation?

However, it is far away, and will require 1h+ train/car commute vs. 10 min biking right now.
