Recently I got an offer from TCS. I am excited to join TCS, so is it possible to ask HR WFH for atleast 3 months because I have baby of 5 months and don't have any nanny facilities near me. Please anyone suggest me is there any policies for female employees at TCS

Why are potential business happenings by a candidate’s kid disqualifying but (gestures wildly) for the other candidate not for TSers? My company is fully remote in the US and is in general supportive of me going but concerned about local and international tax liability. Remote year doesn’t share tax advice and our HR team is small. I will be joining IBM next week in Bangalore ( physical onboarding ) and my hometown is in West bengal , My father is having health problems , mother won't be able to handle everything and no such person we can rely on . Also I am getting married in January . Hence If i stay in Bangalore there will be no one to take responsibility for my marriage prep also .
