Recently I received an offer letter from Google Operations Center with a hike of 25% but my current organization also provided me with a hike of 50% can I negotiate with GOC to match my current hike. Can GOC reject my offer letter please suggest.

I just found out a new colleague was brought on at 20% higher salary than my current salary. (Have been w/ firm 1.5 years) She doesn’t have a 4-year degree (working on it). And one one big brand company but they have started new divisions for e-commerce flat form
