Hey All,
I finished a third round interview, and HR contacted me that afternoon saying I had positive feedback across the board and they would contact me the next day regarding next steps. It’s been two days and they finally get back to me saying they haven’t been able to sync with the hiring manager but will keep me posted. Honestly I wish they would talk with the hiring manager and then let me know the decision instead of checking in. It’s messing with my emotions.

Are there cooldown periods for non tech roles?
Like if you want to apply to another non tech role in a different team (after getting dinged in the on sites), do you have to wait?

Starting soon in Boston but the the WFH situation was still TBD when I interviewed. Are there any updates on when everyone would need to go back to office full time in the U.S.?

Here is my idea for a startup! I collect all the data from career transitions and use Data Analytics to predict the most likely career transitions. I could start with consulting. I joined first as an android developer and after 1 year I became SDE-1 and now it's been 1 year more and I have given my resign and now serving notice period.
