Currently I have 11LPA fixed, but now I got a offer of 20LPA fixed but here the variable is fixed for 10-20% max but at EY GDS it can extend till 40% so is it good to consider the new company or stay in old company for 14 to 15LPA ?

I really feel like I’ve been dealt a really bad hand in my life. It feels like no one gives me a chance. Whether it’s a job I know I’m qualified for, or someone I’m interested in. Hello fishes, Wipro hr is not responding to my calls and mails as i have received LOI march 27 and gave joining date on april 27 till now they didnt sent me offer letter. So, when can i expect the offer letter from them.
