Im about to attend business product advisor interview at fedex and i would like to know one thing if they ask scenario based questions like whats your fav product and how do you improve it or how do u increase user base etc or is it usual BA kind questions. Product analysts who attended interviews already please comment and help

Some recruiter in Accenture lined me up for an interview for a role which was not in my skillset ( by saying that this is just an evaluation exercise and they will map me to the right role) and obviously I got rejected. Now I see that I am not eligible to apply the role which I was targeting for the next 6 months. Any idea how can I get this escalated so that the recruiter ( Accenture employee) should at least be careful in future before fooling a noob like me?
