Need your help I cleared all the interview rounds of a US company but I have provided fake company experience as my first and only company….

I do have payslips and a UAN but there are no contributions in PF…the UAN has a member id with correct company details DOJ and all…no DOE as I have a week of NP… I have provided payslips and a recent hike letter. Can they check about no PF contribution??

Any ideas on how to handle the follow up questions or situation with the HR? TIA

After rejecting big companies like Infosys,Wipro, etc. I've joined EPAM Anywhere due to wfh permanently and it's perks. I have got an offer from Deloitte for 14LPA as a consultant. But my current organisation is trying to retain me by giving me a raise and promoting me to SSE with 11 LPA they have also promised to give me more interesting work according to my will. For now I have said yes to my current organisation. What should I do? Was this a correct decision?

In two interviews the interviewer asks me about one topic which I know theoretically and some practical. I directly said to the interviewer that I am not an expert in that, but if I get my hands on it then I can learn in one day.

After asking two questions again he came on the same topic this happens twice in two interviews. Mere ko lag raha hey Jaan bujhke questions same topic pe puchte hey, so that they don't select that candidate.

We Indians are so poor we can't think anything else except money. Whole Fishbowl is all about YOe and Salary. No one interested about if any company doing any innovation or not. B-Tech colleges put ads with Package and Campusing only. Almost 99% Indian YouTube thumbnail is like "5 lakh to 40 lakh", "Interview Experience in bracket 50Lpa" etc.. Hardly we can see Foreign Editorial things marked with Packages.
