So, recently got put on a PIP after six months at my new job., two days after I told my boss and HR I recently learned I have a cognitive disability caused by an illness. The PIP was mostly because I forgot some deadlines, but also they said I need to be more professional in emails (even though others use zero punctuation and a lot of emojis. To clients.) and simultaneously ask more questions and ask fewer questions. Should I just assume this is unattainable and look for a new job again?

Graduated in 2020, wanted to be a graphic designer, took a job at a startup in a social media role. The boss called me the "r" word for not handling entire 13-ish accounts roster well by myself. I quit. Found a role as social media specialist. Realized (again) that I hate social media. Moved to in-house mktg manager, only to be a glorified graphic designer / someone to call the city to cut down trees. I job hopped too much, I feel my portfolio is empty. How do I restart again? I feel defeated.

First company I had 1.5 year and 2 and company I had worked 4.4 year, and joined tcs worked only 7month and joined mphasis here I have only 5month I got offer from accenture with good hike, my curies is frequent change will impact in my resume, can anyone please suggest what I will do should I wait for one year then change the mphasis.

Need your suggestions. I joined Virtusa at 5 YOE at 14 LPA as a Senior Business Consultant. However another memeber in my team with the same designation, YOE and previous salary got 19 LPA. 2. Has good WLB.
3. You don't need to be very intelligent/genius for it.

5. The interview isn't that difficult.
