I need your opinion.. I got an offer letter from HCL and in quora I found a bad review about HCL work culture and management politics.. Is this thing happening with every project? Is it a good idea to join HCL?

I went from agency to in house PR 1.5 years ago (I’m at a prof services firm in nyc). There are no boundaries for communication; everyone is expected to answer emails immediately at all hours and senior people respond in minutes between about 7am-11pm, at minimum. Is this normal in the corporate, non agency world? Not sure if this is just due to the pandemic and WFH, but I was under the impression that in house life would be more chill.

How does underwriting compare to PIP litigation in terms of flex time (ability to stop/start work throughout day, work at 2 am if needed, etc)

For example.. in PIP Litigation I can review my suits at 2 am if needed (as a result of having a rough day or other emergency) and still be in compliance

I had a HR Discussion after clearing 2 HCL rounds and 2 client interviews . HR is not considering moving above 40% hike no matter whatever I say to justify, the Discussion was like talking to a wall . Any suggestions to get another 10-15% more (first offer)? Will HR reject me stating this reason in HCL ?? FYI- Client and the project team wants to take him in as per their feedback to me and I feel i am the right person for the role too .. 9 years exp -Infra storage domain .

What should I do now ? Or I will get the offer Lett from HCL or not ?

In HCl offer, there are 2 components for variable pay, one is paid monthly and one is paid yearly. Do we get the complete amount mentioned in both the parameters in variable pay?

I have given my interview in HCL and cleared 1 TP, 1 hcl manager & Client TP and Client Manager rounds .
In initial screening HR told the generic statement of 30-40% and I have given my ask as 50% minimum. After clearing the rounds I heard from the project team that Client has given great feedback and wanted to take me in .
What is the % I can ask in HR Discussion and will they reject in HR if I ask more now .
I have 9.5 years total experience and role is Storage Architect.

Need some suggestions. I gave interview on Tuesday, will it be right to ask feedback tomorrow or should I wait till the end of week and then ask for feedback on Monday Morning. Today, I didn't got any response from them.

I was offered a associate manager job in quality in HCL technologies which is in sector 126.... Can someone confirm how much should I expect... My current package is 6.55 lpa and I have total 7+ yr exp and 5.5 relevant exp in quality auditing.
