Non-first years, how long did it take for you to start going to client contacts directly on a consistent basis, instead of having to rely on your seniors for all inquiry?

Hi! I’m just wondering about the math for RSUs. Per my offer, I have been granted 41,000 RSUs and 25% is vested after the first year of start date, and 1/16th of the grant is vested each quarter thereafter.

Does this mean 25% of 41,000 RSUs = 10,250 RSUs * Salesforce Price, is vested after year 1?

Looking to exist Salesforce due to “Comp Throttling”. Even with promotions every year (2) exiting looks to increase OTE by 80-120% (3YOE)I have offers from Hubspot and a Saleforce partner for CS. Partner Is 18% higher OTE, with a much larger workload and worst WLB.
