How to switch companies in Security domain.

I have completed 2 yrs in my company and want to experience a new atmosphere, but when i search linkedin all job posts have over 200 applies and even when I apply, I do not get any callback. Same with Naukri.

So to all experienced people how do you switch? It will help me and other newcomers tremendously.

I am currently working as a telecom consultant. What should I be learning if I want to get better job opportunities in better companies.
