So overall, I have 3 yrs work exp and I am a BTECH EEE graduate from Banasthali Vidyapeeth. So, I am looking to transition into a Product manager role.Can anyone help me vet my CV and mentor or guide me on how to pursue as I mostly get interview calls for Senior BA roles or Tech Roles like data analysts etc, what is my CV missing out?

I work 2 part-time jobs. I just requested a pay raise at my ABA job which they approved on by 10%. My other job is in Mental Health has a flat rate with no chance to request a raise, turns out I'm not required to work the full 20hrs/Week meaning that when there's no work to complete I won't be getting paid. I am SAP HCM consultant having 4.10 years of experience. I feel that this module doesn’t have any growth. My first switch took me to 9LPA from 6LPA and now the second switch is being offered for 11.5LPA where I can see my fellow friends in SAP having more than 15LPA at the same experience on their second switch itself. Should I be worried about my skillset? Any insights would highly be appreciated. I feel stuck.

I’ve been on the bench with J1 for about 3 months. I was worried that because I couldn’t find another project, I would get laid off so I found J2, which pays more, is very meeting heavy, but I really like. I’ve kept J1 because I’m still on the bench doing absolutely nothing and getting paid. Thinking about looking for a role on a project with J1 that’s not along my career path but will allow for me to do work with no calls so that I can manage both jobs. Salary cut 20% first week the virus broke out, no bonuses this year, and it’s unlikely that we will get that 20% back. Good thing this was my first year and I earned all of 3 months of my salary. 😑

Hi Fishes. I have requested the hr to revise my Offer letter since the ctc offered was well below what was discussed . Someone from the Talent Team did confirm they are discussing it . Wanted to know how long do they take to come back ? Since today is the last day of accepting the offer , should I just accept this offer and would they still revise it after accepting it ? Kindly help
