I am a fresher(MSc Economics '23) I got an on campus offer from EXL for Senior Business Analyst(9+2 LPA).Ideally I was to join EXL in Oct 2023 but now they have delayed DOJ to June, 2024 and training will start in Feb '24 for 4 months unpaid.No offer letter received yet.HR says they're working on it. I'm looking for better opportunities but am not able to find a better company and role. I have an opportunity for Research Associate at a private equity firm(6 LPA). What should I do? Wait for EXL

Onboarded me on a huge project (12 phase proj) with no KT, only gave docs to read from.
