They are offering 6B band, wanted to know how much CTC I can ask from them? I have offer of 15.5 lpa fixed.

Also how’s the work culture in ibm? How’s the project there? How hard is to get project in IBM?

Are there any special events happening in DC? I’m and planning an activity with Hispanic History (culture). Literature & social studies covering Immigration, culture, geography, and equality vs inequality. Suggestions welcomed.

For the people who earned the SHRM-CP, did you feel it was worth it? I have an indirect HR position, been applying for more HR focused positions and wondering if this would help. I got the CAPM (certified associate of project management) in December, but that hasn’t really changed things. Would love some opinions before working on another certification!

Capital one giving $450 bonus if you move $50,000 into the account. Question: they said only new money qualifies. I had moved some money from cap one to chase on may 3. Can i just move that money back to capital one and get a bonus? Or would it count as “old money” and disqualify me from bonus since im just transferring the funds back to capital one from chase?
