I am planning on switchiing jobs. I currently hold offer from Tiger Analytics for 18Lpa and my current CTC is 13Lpa.

My concern is I will need to go on maternity leave in 5 months after joining the Tiger Analytics, where they have mentioned that post 4 months of working Maternity leave can be availed.

Will this cause any risk for my job or how will my salary be affected during my maternity leave.

Could anyone help me if you have been in similar situation or know any info on this.
