What's the best route for early career, agency or in-house?

Is the PGDM course from UpGrad good for moving forward in the data science domain. ? Please help me as I’m thinking of pursuing something alongside work as I cannot leave my work due to financial condition. I wanna excel forward in this domain. Currently having 2.5 YoE in data science and analytics.

What do I need to include on the project plan/roadmap so there’s a clear understanding of what our goals are? How do I get everything to align for success and how do I keep everyone motivated?

Is it normal for a Product Owner to lay out specs for how a feature should work?

I thought that was my job as the ux designer to figure out the best way to solve a need. But I’m getting handed projects where the PO, and sometimes the senior designer has laid out exactly what should happen (components used, flow, etc) to design a feature. It’s really frustrating because I don’t know if I’m supposed to be speaking up on what I think or just do the UI work I’m asked to.

Looking to start a new bowl/community to connect with other Design Leaders/Managers. Can be new design managers like me, or even those with years of experience.
