I got selected in wipro.

I have worked in 3 organization till now.

So in my first organization my last working day was 23rd oct 2017 and for my 2 nd organization my joining date is 25 sept 2017....these dates are overlapping because my 1st organization had vacation concept(bench without pay)..... So i served notice period there and my second organization asked me join immediately.
Will this overlapping affect my bgv in wipro?
Everything is genuine.

I don't understand the point of hiring candidates. Its been more than two months and i am sitting idle. There is no updates from management. I am getting info like i will get half salary this month because of the bench policy. I m confused what to do next

Does anyone know if things like jury duty or bereavement leave count against your utilization? I've heard it doesn't count the same way holidays and PTO do, but not sure how that is possible.

Are ppl worried about being on the bench esp when there aren’t a lot of projects in the pipeline? New hire here about to be up for staffing for the first time and sentiment at my firm seems to be worried/fearful about being unstaffed. I have joined hcl on 24 th sep 2021 and my last working day here is 18th May 2022.
Today I received my provisional full and final settlement and the payable amount is negative -11454. They are recovering the full AMPB amount which I got from September months.
