Hi All,
Persistent Systems is giving 10% variable on gross annual CTC. HR says you would receive minimum 70% of variable pay every month and remaining 30% will credited once a year at the end.
Does anyone has idea on this? Can I believe this and include 70% variable in my take home

While being employable at a major aerospace company, which also an international company as well, the pay rates are according to where you actually reside. Such as if you reside in South Carolina, in a specific town, you will get paid that average rate, depending on experience. Same goes for Southern California. The pay rates in Southern California may be somewhat higher., etc. and if you are in India, the pay rates will be significantly lower. I hope this answers your question.
This is standard practice, for better or worse.

Well it aint outsourcing if they come here to take our minerals in our country. So they are making major profits
They should pay what’s standard for where you live.
