I have 13+ years of experience as a SQL database administrator. Currently I left my job as I got Canada PR and right now the job market over there is not good so i am planning to attend interviews and take an offer from an Indian company which have their presence in Canada. This way I could take internal location transfer in few months.

Any leads on which companies I should Target who allow their employees to move to different country internally especially for a DBA.

I have an offer of around 39 LPA + bonus and my wife is holding an offer of 32 LPA in India. Now I have received another offer from a fintech organization in Berlin, Germany who are providing me 69k Euros as base salary + 5k Euros as RSU and also an on call support of 5k Euros annually + complete relocation assistance package. My wife currently doesn't have any offer for Germany and might need to search for a job after reaching there. Is it worth? Need your suggestions please.

This question may not be related. However I wanted to know from personal and family point of view how it is like to relocate from India and live abroad .
Let's say Family consists of husband , wife and a kid . I understand we will get good facilities, education, cleanliness , good air etc , however I wanted to check whether people gel up easily in the new environment? Don't they feel loneliness/ difficult to adjust? Do they look for similar asian nationalities to kill boredom?
