My tech stack includes
BE:Spring, Node, Flask
FE:Angular, React, Vue
DB:SQL server, Firebase, Redis, MongoDB
Now I want to switch to a product based company
Q1. Should I prepare ds+algo/revise my stack/do both ?
Q2. What should I choose as my primary stack, as my experience will grow I guess I have to stick to something. Right ?
Q3. Can you name a few companies where I can work on developing software for modern electronic devices ?

Thoughts on jumping from consulting to a pre-sales job at a tech company? In desperate need of better wlb but I want to make sure I still have career progression and a decent bump in salary.

So, a recruiter gave me feedback that my lack SPHR or SHRM-SCP is causing my resume to be knock out by AI and human recruiters despite my position and work history in Multinationals and being in Technology. They suggested that we put SPHR ( Lapsed). I let it lapse in 2017. What is your opinion? Plus if I were to take another certification - should I take SPHR or SHRM-SCP?

We have a large unused professional library that includes a variety of authors, topics, and lots of the scholastic teaching resource books. Most are more than 5 years old, some much older. Some multiple copies of titles that were book studies over the years. No one is using these books and we need the space. I hate to just dump them in a trash bin. After setting them out for people to pick through at school, what can be done with these materials?

Where is the problem ?

Companies lowball and keep employees with nearly 10% hike.
Same company will hire a new employee with 40-60% or more hike.

To me it appears like companiss themselves are forcing ppl to switch and not to stay.
